Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 –14business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard domestic deliveries typically take 5–10 business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
Novante Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, reshipping fees may apply.
